I think I got the newest student they have. My hair is absolutely butchered. I'll stick with salons from now on.nLesson learned.
I graduated October 2019 and still haven't received my Diploma or Eyelash Extension Certificate. I was told on my last day everything should have been ready 2-4 weeks after and when ever I would call to pick it up it was always a different reason why it wasn't ready. With that being said it should have been ready mid December. I've reached out multiple times to Sylvia by phone, email, and text and no reply. I even went as far as to getting Teena Ball email (Shes the owner of the school) from the Student Aid Ombudsman and I never got a email from her. At this point its now 2021 I don't even want it anymore as long as I can take my test with TDLR, but I feel that it's important for current and future students to know.
