We called 2 weeks ago and began our application process to live here. We asked about all restrictions on the phone to ensure everything would go smoothly as we are a military couple and were given short notice to relocate to San Antonio. ( Due to this I am losing my job and my husband will be sole provider however on the application they advised me put in my current job). They ensured us we should be fine and my husband filled out the application.... we waited 7days and heard nothing back. My husband called them and they said I needed to fill out an application because he listed me as a co-occupant... so I filled it out.... ANOTHER EIGHT DAYS LATER...FINALLY my husband gets an email stating we can't live here because we earn to much money and therefore cannot live here.... thanks for wasting our time with something we could have figured out with that initial phonecall. MILITARY STEER CLEAR! You make too much and they can't get a tax break for you.Now we have 3 weeks to find a place to live. The people are nice but obviously would rather do credit checks than to listen to you on the phone.

Management & Apartments are AMAZING!!! Its honestly just the residents that think they can run stuff is the only issue but my building is very quit. I cant complain !! I love my apartment

The apartment management staff is awesome. The managers are so willing to help you and really are making a change.
