I live in Florida and owned a property in San Antonio (Aransas Bay)...And as the story goes, the tenant stopped paying me or answering my calls. It was at this point I got in touch with Dominick Dina. He handled in professionally, helping with eviction, cleaning up the property ,finding a reliable tenant, collecting rent, sending rental payments to us. Since then , I had 4 years of no issues until I sold the property (Through him)nnI will have no ...absolutely no doubt to recommend him to anyone.

Dominick was great, he listened to what we wanted and set up a search for those areas. He responded back quickly to calls/text message, and email. He helped us find exactly what we wanted. Dominick was very helpful in our search for a new rental home. He responded promptly with properties to help with our search. He communicated professionally and made us feel very comfortable. When viewing the properties, he treated us as family members by sharing advice about what to look for in a rental property and whether or not the landlord would be willing to replace/repair any damages to the houses. He's been in the real estate business for quite a while, and his assessments were welcomed. I have a sister in real estate, and he was a lot more knowledgable and made the rental home that we chose an easy decision. We were so impressed with him. I would recommend him to anyone needing an agent who is intelligent, kind, and has a great sense of humor!
