Val is amazing! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a realtor! She always has your best interest and makes the home buying process so much easier. We were first time home buyers and had a million questions at all times of the day and she always got us the information we needed quickly. We are so thankful for her and glad to have worked with her. Will definitely use her services again in the future!

Val is an excellent realtor and believe me I have seen a lot being in Mortgage. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. She knows just what to put on a contract to protect her client. We searched for what seemed like an eternity to me but she was patient with me and I am now in my new home! Now to get my other home ready and sell it!!!

This year we got the itch to buy and so we started thinking about all our friends who are agents. I’m sure most of us have at least a few realtor friends. The one thing that stood out for me, aside from being a genuine good person, is the experience Val has behind the 20 years of doing this. Yesterday we closed and in retrospect, there’s no one else I would’ve rather picked to help us with this big step in our lives! We had a tight deadline and Val paired us up with a lender that could meet it! We are extremely grateful and blessed to have closed on our beautiful home and thankful for all of Val’s help! I would recommend 10/10!

A little over a month ago I wasn't sure if I was ready or if i could afford to buy a house. I made the decision to call and made an appointment to sit down and talk to Val. She was very up front and honest with me. Once i made up my mind that i was ready to buy she was very helpful and hands on and always available to answer questions i may have. So if you're looking to buy or if you're still unsure she's the Realtor to sit down and talk to. I'm glad my family and I chose her to buy our house with.
