My family and I have been renters of one of their properties for the last 7 years. They have been a wonderful property management company to work with. They have been quick to respond, and fix any issues that arose during that time. We are relocating out of state, and are sad to leave such a great property, and property management company. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent in San Antonio. They are all very friendly, polite, professional, and respectful of the fact that the rented property may not be your house, but that is your home.

Northwest Realty managed my property for 5 years until I decided to move on from it. As a matter of fact, they were my realty company when I purchased the property in 2010. Copernicus Guerra and his team took the time to ensure I understood the process every step of the way. Over time, I have learned the secret to successful property management lies within 3 key factors. Those factors are accountability, availability, and communication. Northwest Realty goes above and beyond to provide all three. They make themselves available when needed. They hold not only tenants accountable, but owners as well. Their communication is top notch. They explain all leasing procedures in an easy to understand manner. They maintain communication with owners and tenants through text, phone, email, and even face to face when necessary. Northwest has been managing my rental property since 2010 and I could not be happier with the service and support I get from them. I rest easy knowing my property is in good hands. This is especially important to me since I live on the east coast and have not been in the area since I left in 2010. So thankful for the maintenance assistance we received from maintenance director Luis Zamora at Northwest Realty. He is always so pleasant and courteous. He responds quickly especially during urgent situations like when the AC or water heater is not working. He is always so professional and knowledgeable. We appreciate his prompt responses and help. He is a super friendly voice during stressful situations and our family really appreciates it. Thank you Luis!!
