Mike and Trisha G. did a wonderful job in getting my home sold in a timely manner. They kept me informed at every step of this process. Mike understands his profession and asks all the pertinent questions that matter to me as a seller. I wanted to know every aspect of this process and he put my mind to ease. His wife, Trisha, is an angel. She kept me informed by communicating verbally, also via electronically through texts and emails. She does a superior job of reviewing paperwork and making sure I have a full understanding before I signed anything. Michael and Trisha were amazing!! They were extremely helpful every step along the way, were always available for questions, and we got a full price offer within 6 days of our house being on the market!! They helped us through a couple of hiccups with the closing paperwork and got everything taken care of speedy quick! We can’t recommend them enough, especially for first-time sellers!!
