First timer here! Eyelash Extension Virgin! I have to say Rosa did an amazing job on my eyelash extension!! I was cute before but now I’m H O T T E R!! Her station is very clean, relaxing, and she was very professional and polite!! She talked me through the whole service and explaining every step she was doing on my eyelashes. Thank you for the amazing job you did!! Definitely recommend Rosa!!

I was contacted by this studio last month, and offered the introductory price of $89. I was told they would honor it whenever I was ready. I called to see if they could make an appointment during the busy holiday season, ( I did say I was happy to make the appointment after the holidays) and they told me they could no longer honor that offer. They said it was because it wasn’t my first time, which they knew when they made the offer because they got my name from the other studio. It had been over a year, and they were trying to get one timers back. The girl on the phone was really nice, and apologetic. Her lead has no business being in customer service, I will now take my money to another studio, as this has left a horrible impression of their ability to do business. Perhaps their lead should take more training in customer service.
