Lina was my technician. She made me feel welcome the moment I sat down. She listened to my concerns and gave me the prettiest short coffin nails like I requested. The facility was clean and had nice vibes. I will be coming back here again.
I’ve been getting my nails done every other week for five years straight and this has been the worst experience yet. The first picture is what I asked for and the second one is what I got. The nail tech walked off midway and said she couldn’t do it. I was left with two nails horribly half done and the rest incomplete. No one offered to complete the job and let me walk out like that.
Lily was awesome I loved the service! Definitely going to go back.
