Love this place super friendly, very nice quick staff. First timer here definitely the neighborhood nail salon everyone knows each other. Love my nails
I have been going to this nail salon for a few years and have had some times that I leave disappointed with the quality but continued to go back because the people who work there. This last time I was not only disappointed but upset. I paid $60 for a set of acrylic nails. The same day 3 cracked and I went back and he just put another clear coat that was supposed to be stronger. Well this weekend the other had had 3 nails pop and the other ones he supposedly fixed cracked. $60 for nails that last 3 days. Even if the workers are nice I will not be returning.
They did a phenomenal job, I went in because I broke a nail (split my nail clear through below the dip nails I had on). They were very careful in removing the nail (acetone hurt a lot but she was very patient and put glue on it to stop it from getting to my cut nail) and did a manicure on my nails afterwards. Highly recommend them!!!
Allowed me to make an appointment for right when they opened and made sure we were the first ones taken care of before the rush. Pedicure I had was done by Mary and she was gentle with her massages made sure to keep checking to see if I was ok and took her time, never felt rushed. Bruce “the Almighty” earned his name by trying something different and again took his time to make it look perfect. Great customer service, nice and planning on making this my regular nail salon.
They were incredibly slow although they weren't crowded and we called ahead. The tech kept leaving to attend to other customers. I still left a tip but won't return.
