The Artessa is a great place to live!! The office staff Katrina & Ann-Thomas are EXTREMELY helpful with anything you need! The maintenance staff is awesome and keeps the property grounds looking beautiful. All of this staff is very nice & always ready to answer any questions you have. Great prices, great parking & great amenities. I’d highly recommend this complex to anyone!

While these apartments are really nice, I had many issues with the management. It became almost impossible to get in contact with anyone in the leasing office and sometimes took weeks. Also, the once beautiful grounds were not well maintained and became muddy and overgrown, and the hallways were filled with dead bugs. I absolutely loved living here at first, but sadly ended up moving out.

The apartment is nice clean however the noise from the above neighbor is horrible. Also there is a doggy day care and it is so very noisey. I do not know how when reading reviews there were was not one person that mentioned this. When I havenmentioned the noise to management nothing has been done other than being told some people loud.

Have enjoyed now almost two years at the Artessa. Absolutely love the pool on warm summer nights where I seem to be the only person taking advantage of that particular time. Great Staff and multiple monthly activities keep me coming back to the Artessa. Great Experience! Ted Stalets

I lived here most of 2019, building 2. I did a ton of research before moving to the area from CA and choosing The Artessa. I loved the location, easy to get to the freeway, Cool Springs has so much to offer as far as restaurants and shopping. The Artessa was a very nice place to live, very clean grounds (except for the a-holes who don't pick up after their dog). The office staff was very nice. Maintenance was superb. The pool was always clean, it's a quiet complex, parking was easy. I couldn't handle the people above me though, it was AWFUL. But that's apartment living! I moved out of state, but I would definitely recommend living there.
