Nick was wonderful to have working with us. We were out of state and he made it so easy we came in to Nashville for a few days he toured us and we bought a home he is one of the kindest nicest people we have ever met in the real estate business anyone who is looking for a home should be calling Nick Mancini at Parks Realty. He went way above board and stored my car at his house for four weeks while we were getting ourselves from California to Tennessee. Call Nick.

I love every aspect of this business. Mr. Mancini was the realtor who assisted my wife and I in the purchasing of our forever home. We ran into a couple of obstacles, however, Mr. Mancini was there assisting us through it all. He fought extremely hard for us and now,, we're enjoying our beautiful home!! If we had to do the process all over again, we would choose Nick. He's so amazing!

Mr. Mancini's professionalism, patience and knowledge was beyond beneficial for our family. We had a very unique situation but he made sure that our needs were met. I would do it all over again just to have his service.
