Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My 1st time at Red Robin. Went for my birthday... Lunch time and only one other table of four besides my own. Waiter was more worried ab looking cool and cute then making sure our food was hot, order correct, and brought out in a timely matter. We waited an hour for our food. Once it finally got to the table the only thing warm was the burger patty. Was missing two things we ordered and asked for them four times before we told them to take them off and asked for our check. Just an all over terrible experience!!

The food was amazing! They got the food to our table in a decent amount of time, and, the waiter was amazing. 10/10 I would recommend!

Food was amazing. First visit and will definitely be going back. Our waitress was awesome.

The restaurant was not busy. There for late lunch. We received appetizer before drinks and no alcohol involved. Waitress took people sitting behind us order and brought drink prior to us receiving drinks. We had completely finished appetizer before she came back to take orders. No refills given or offered for drinks or fries. Overall we were not happy. This first time at this particular restaurant. Been to other Red Robin with no issues.

Well the Mad Love burger was amazing, but the fries were cold and undercooked and the chocolate shake was more like chocolate milk. Very disappointing since we were back on the interstate before we noticed.
