The dishes we ordered were no consistent with the taste of the Green Hills or Knoxville location

645 pm reservation on 4/10/21,nNot seated until 730pm.nOnce seated the experience was as expected.nFood and service was very good.nWhich is what the four star rating is for.nnWe aren't sure of the reservation process but many waiting also had reservations and had the same delay of seating. Many ordered drinks to numb the fact we were waiting up to an hour after reservation time to be seated.nA manager should have addressed this issue and not leave the hostess stand unsupported in a situation like this.nNo one except the hostess and the waiter spoke of the wait.nThat was disappointing. I have great sympathy for the employees not having adequate support in situations like this.nIt was obvious they were left out to dry.

My first time at a PF Chang's and to be honest I didn't know what to expect. I thought maybe it would be like a lot of there chain restaurants, but I have to admit that the food was fresh and very tasty. I had the shrimp in lobster sauce and the shrimp were very good and tasted very fresh.nnWe had as an appetizer the string beans which were also good with a nice spicy dipping sauce.nnOverall a good experience...the service and the suggestions from the waitress were excellent! She was friendly and very helpful answering our many questions. She was also very attentive and the food came out pretty quick.nnThe place is big enough to have social distancing down. So, definitely a place to come back to.

Great food, amazing service! Great atmosphere. Krista was a very attentive server. The manager Katie came by and made sure we had a great lunch. Thank you!

At took a step down in service, my dish was warm not hot when served. No tea offered my dish was tasty. I just can't put into words other then its no longer a place I loved to eat unless I can't get a table some where else because of a hour and a half waiting time to be seated.
