No frills, simple menu, but decent value for the price. Burgers are pretty standard. I couldn't really taste any Coca-Cola in the Coca-Cola onions, but they were still a good topping on the burger. The fries were good to me, though I can see some finding them a tad bit salty. Got a bottle of Sprecher root beer, which was actually really good. Need to find a local store that sells it. Order placed online was ready pretty quickly and pickup was simple. Overall not a bad experience, might return again soon.

Came to Burger Dandy for the first time, and was impressed with the surroundings. Order up some burgers and fries and seated ourselves. Order came out, only to find someone else’s order in the bags. Hostess corrected the order promptly and, without asking, comped our meals for the inconvenience. The burger and fries didn’t disappoint, and was good value for the price. I will definitely make it a regular stop when in Franklin. Just want everyone to know I appreciate their amazing customer service.

The fries were really crispy good. The burger was pretty good but I expected thinner patties to be called a smash burger. I was expecting more like the fast food smashburger. I would take the single and split that into to thinner patties.

We tried out Burger Dandy tonight, and ages 12 to 76 enjoyed our food tonight ud83dude0e I opted for pickup, and our order was being assembled as I walked on premises. That means food was hot and shakes cold. Burgers are a good size and a manageable height for eating. I got a Big Dandy and think I would get a Just Dandy size next time. The Big Dandy is still a good double size without it feeling overwhelming meat to toppings. Liked the cold ingredient separation in separate wrapping. I wish I would have tasted the Coca-Cola onions separately, but they integrated well into the overall flavor. My children loved the chili cheese fries. You could totally put it on a grilled cheese for a chili cheese stack. I sampled the shakes (vanilla and strawberry, just a small spoonful of each), and they are what you want in a full milkshake - rich and creamy. The children are saving the other half for tomorrow. Isaac really liked the Kool-Aid pickles. I couldn’t quite get there with them, but they definitely are unique. I almost wanted them to be a mixed drink. They have hit the market right for this concept at this time in Franklin modern history where it is not fas food and not dedicated gourmet fancy - it's a solid burger. I would recommend it for sure, especially as people head into summer. Good stuff!

We were the only ones in the burger dandy side. They had one waiter running both places and they share a kitchen with the taproom side. The process of ordering was confusing. I saw 2 separate customers walk in and leave after standing there 5 minutes with no service. The burger ($7) was the size of a kids burger and they charged $1 extra for a piece of lettuce. The fries were half filled. $25 for 2 small burgers and 2 small fries is way overpriced. Food was mediocre. The server was nice but they need more help that is just for the burger side.
