I went here for a pedicure and manicure, not a wide decision. When I walked in the man was already giving me attitude about wanting shellac and not polish. The chair they sat me in had rips and they didn’t even use a plastic bag in the tub they just filled it up. They also didn’t tell me how much they charged for shellac on your toes ( it’s $20 ). The lady that was working on me did a great job. I personally just did not like the attitude, uncleanliness, the variety of polish and how the ac felt non existent. It took them 2 hours to do my manicure and pedicure!!! Not worth the $90 charge.

Had my 12 year old get a set within a week they were falling off. She ended up having 3 total come off which made her bleed and have pain. Today does Mark 2 weeks since she had them done however I wasn't able to bring her after a week when they started falling off due to work.nSo, today I take her in and show them what has happened. I wanted the 3 that fell off fixed and I was going to get her a fill. They refused to fix the 3 without charging me and started arguing. At this point I turned around and walked out. I wasn't going to subject my daughter to this rudeness.....too late...as we were leaving without turning back or saying a word they laughed at us. Every single employee laughed. I will NEVER step foot in there again

I have been going to Kayla nails for at least fifteen years. Never have thought of going anywhere else. They take care of my feet.

It's ok there but the service from the employees is very cold n not friendly at all. The lady snatched my hand n gave me attitude the entire time.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is awful, my guess is they didn't have competition before the other one opened, a deluxe pedi last 15-20minutes not even exaggerating and that's with filing, clipping and polish. I'd be interested to see if they do better now with competition. The staff is rude. And really shouldn't they be able to speak English??
