I absolutely love going to get my nails, toes and eyebrows done here!!! The staff is amazing and i always leave feeling pampered!!! When we take our daughter they do everything they can to make her comfortable and leaving feeling like a princess. I will always go to them. You get great service in a clean environment from staff who really care!!!
I am not one who would normally pamper themselves. But they make it so comfortable for all who come in. Never a person who entered the door that wasn’t greeted while I was there. I have taken my daughter there since she was 4 and they have always done great with children.
Recently visited this place with my patient who is special needs, her mother and friend of patient. After being seated, everyone but special needs child had their water running and services began. After witnessing the discrimination and making clear how uncomfortable we were a woman approached the mother and informed that they will not be doing services on the little girl. (who was very aware she was the only one not getting a pedicure). All around very heartbreaking and horrible experience altogether. Had we been informed that they did not feel comfortable preforming services, we could have went elsewhere. They could've handled this differently. Even if they had no ill intent, it was brought to their attention and a sincere apology was never given.
Top of the line products and great service! Have been a loyal customer for the last 4 years. Have been to several other nail salons in the area but always come back to Luxury.
I have been coming to this salon for several years. Jaime does a wonderful job. Everyone is always so nice and goes out of their way to do a good job. I would definitely recommend them .
