Lindsey is AMAZING. It had been 3 years since i had my hair professionally done, and my experience with her was the BEST. She read my mind when it came to color and cut! Highly recommend! Lindsey is great and warm and made me feel very comfortable!
I’m trying to figure out how 3 inches equal a foot. I showed the lady at the salon what I wanted and she completely messed it up. It is so short. I hate it. I can’t even put it into a ponytail. It’s choppy and uneven and horrible. I’m embarrassed to go out with it.
I had a great experience. Floor staff was helpful, not pushy. The manager honored a sale that didn’t ring up. I also love the selection of black-owned products. Overall very pleased.
What has happened to customer service????nnMy wife ordered her normal shampoo that was not in stock in the store, where she was told by the employees, she would have it in 2 days... A week later the product says shipped, but the tracking says its not even been picked up by UPS... We called customer service and was told they cannot do anything until its been 10 days!!!! Seriously!!! 10 days just to have them refund it or reship it... No thank you... We then asked to be transferred to a manager and magically got disconnected... Horrible experience!!! We will stop using ULTA and go elsewhere for my wife and children's hair and make-up products.
