My wife and I come to this subway quite often and were always fairly satisfied. The young worker we had was definitely skilled at making the sandwiches but always lacked in the customer service which is really just as important. We never felt very welcome or accommodated. We came here in the evening today and had another guy named Jason (sadly I dont quite remember his name). He was clearly new looking up how to make the sandwiches but he did a good job and had attention to detail. Another important thing in basic customer service is that he asked questions to ensure he made our orders to spec. He actually cared. We appreciated that a great deal and I'm sure other customers do too.

Pretty disappointed we went in today and it was decent there were about five of us in line. There was only one lady working and she was more concerned about the bread baking than getting everyone their sandwiches. She was very slow and we waited in line for 20 minutes with two people in front of us and decided to do our shopping so we left. We got to checkout after shopping for groceries and they were still in line quite ridiculous if you ask me.

I go to this subway a lot and the one employee makes my sub great. But there is a woman that works there who is extremely rude every single time. She doesn’t even look at you, she always makes you feel like you asking for a sub is a inconvenience to you.. and on top of that she makes your sandwich so sloppy that lettuce and meat will be falling off the sandwich. If you can’t stand people so much go work in a cubicle.

Took forever for the guy to come to the counter and then when he did he rolled his eyes at my 8 yr old son and I. He threw all the toppings and barely put any on the sandwich. This was all during prime time so it’s not that they were getting ready to close or anything. He was very rude! I asked if he was having a bad day and he said no he was fine while continuing to have attitude. We walked out without getting the food. I’m not the one to complain but my goodness that was the worst customer service!

I hated it!!!!!! If I could put a worse review I would!! Very very dirty! They were rude and did the toppings wrong! Almost every order wrong. I hope everyone looks at this. Never go there.
