Polite and curtious staff. Very friendly atmosphere. As a Navy Reservists I get my haircut here anytime I have an inspection or awards ceremony to try and look my best.
Check in on line so little waiting at the shop. Hair cuts are good to great depending on who up get.
I told her I didn’t want any length taken off the top of my head. She said I might have to take just a little off to blend it well. She ended up cutting approximately 2 inches off the back half top off my head while leaving the front alone, so now I’m left with a weird looking floof on the front top. I wouldn’t have asked her to even it out in fear of her cutting it too short once more. I also showed her a picture of relatively what I wanted ( I know they can’t do it exact)
My son went and asked for a half inch cut off she cut off 8 inches!!! He has super curly hair don’t they know how to cut curly hair. She was busy talking to the other stylist. Will never go back he is so upset he’s been growing his hair out for a year. Don’t understand how 8 inches is the same as half an inch. Go back to school!!!
Horrible customer service. I couldn't tell you who was at the desk since they don't wear name tags. I checked in came into the store and was told I was next to line and it'll be a few minutes and to wait outside. That's totally fine. I waited outside and saw two people get service before myself.
