I love this place and the service was great. I give my low rating due to the fact that I called Dion’s South and talked to the receptionist and she told me for my service it was going to be around 70-100$. After my color and cut and I got to the checkout process the total was 180$ with out tip. They explained to me that the service they did was longer than what they expected. But It was never told or asked about prices. They never said anything about it being more expensive. And with me being in High school I just feel as if I was taken advantage of because of my age. I called the receptionist back and said there’s nothing they can do about it. I just think this was very unprofessional and shouldn’t be done like this.
I just had a fantastic haircut at Dion’s South by their newest stylist Yogi Milsap! She may be new to Dion’s but she has over 22 years experience in the beauty industry and it shows. Kayla is a miracle worker! I have trouble trusting anybody with my hair and she went above and beyond to give me the PERFECT highlights! I'm not exaggerating when I say I didn't know my hair could look as beautiful as it does now. She fit me in for an appointment same day since I'm only visiting on vacation. I will now be making special trips here from Michigan to get my hair highlighted by Kayla. She truly works miracles.
