We worked Todd Jackson. He was very warm and helpful. We were asked to leave our previous rental abruptly. We had about 1 month to find some place new to live. Todd rushed everything for us and got us approved in a couple of days. This took a load of stress off of us. We were able to feel some relief knowing we had a new place to live. Todd Jackson was great and I would recommend he, and Stone River Property Management to anyone whom may ask. Great experience, loved it.

We have been looking for a rental property for several months. Stones River property was just a sign we saw while driving by and after looking on the website we found an incredible deal. They provide VIDEO TOURS of the house which is great for COVID times and our agent Todd Jackson was very helpful with being available for an in person visit and making the application and lease very seamless. Moreover, they allow for a 5 day addendum after move-in to add any other cosmetic issues so that nothing is overlooked. Very pleased with their service and especially Todd Jackson and his professionalism.

Todd was very responsive and answered any questions we had promptly. We were going through the application process from out of state and Todd and Ron were flexible in helping us through the process from a distance. Thank you both for all your help!

We had a very easy experience with this company in getting our home. Melissa was very polite and professional and helped us out a great deal when moving in as far as getting our keys to us. Would highly recommend these folks and Melissa for your home needs!
