Carrington Park Apartments

I have lived at this property for over 6 months now and cannot say enough positive things. I have never seen a bug here. The maintenance is super responsive, the leasing office team is truly caring and courteous. The pool sparkles in summer. We have a tanning lady on site who does complementary tans for residents.. list of good stuff goes on when you live at CPA!

I've lived here almost 7 yrs. I'm a bartender, and with all that is going on this year I'm so appreciative of Becca, Dawn & Justin... the whole Michelson company. I may be late on rent but Jerico (maintenance guy) shows up before I can get back to my place to fix any issues. This is a great location and community. Also, thank you to all my neighbors (and Michelson) helping me get through this. There are so many more great things to be said... but, this is long enough already

I have lived here for almost 3 years I have never had any issues! The staff is friendly and helpful. The landscape is well kept and maintained! There’s dozens of Amenities and they are always doing something fun! Wonderful place to live!

Lived at many apartment complexes but Carrington has the best community by far. Continuosly hosting events that allow you to get to know your neighbors. The location is also another strength. Convenient to everything.
