Holiday Inn Express & Suites Smyrna-Nashville Area

I stayed here for work and it was lovely. I especially LOVED ud83dude0d the cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Super super super super clean. And they are apparently renovating and I don't know why they were on point with everything. I even sat by the pool (that's indoors) and relaxed. My check in clerk was great and so was my.check out clerk. Housekeeping brought me extra towels. I am planning a personal trip and will be using them to stay while in the Nashville area. I used to think staying at a Holiday Inn Express was roughing it I will never think that again after this stay. Can't wait to see you guys again.

The area was quiet and clean. It was safe and well lit. The staff was nice and accommodating. I brought a pet and they allowed pets. I have a very well behaved animal, so I didn't have any complaints from anyone. They have a little breakfast room and it had everything you need to eat. All places were clean too. The room was clean, smelled clean and the bathroom was very clean. The price was very reasonable.

Jasmin at the front desk is absolutely amazing. We are at the ambassador level with Holiday Inn (meaning we stay at them A LOT). Jasmine is one of the best employees we have ever met! She shines and is a great representation of Holiday Inn. She deserves a raise and she is greatly appreciated. Will come back here from out of state just to see her!

Wow! Comfortable, clean, great staff. Eben with the virus stuff, the still had a good breakfast out. We will definitely be sleeping here again!

Everything was really good at the hotel from the staff to the rooms being very comfortable. The only thing was that there was no hot breakfast as advertised on March 28th and that was one of the reasons I chose this place.nGeorge and Karin Bednar
