I thankful for I called them to get appointment.but there weren’t available.they knew that something urgent then they get my informations and called me back and gave me appointment for the next daynI really appreciate their care

I had a first vaccine appointment scheduled for nearly a month. I'm notified the day before that it will only be second doses given that day. The number I was told to call back in the voicemail says they are closed for inclement weather and to call back FEBRUARY 22ND. It's April. I was on hold with the health dept. for over an hour trying to talk to someone to figure out what to do. I'm beside myself, upset to the point of being physically ill. They dropped the ball on my vaccine appointment, and I only hope this isn't the experience of everyone else.

I went to Murfreesboro health department to request copies of birth certificates. I waited over an hour in parking lot to just request it by phone. Heather was rude and hung up on me. I went back in and she stated to be patient. I will use vital records for an alternative next time.

I went and had my Corvid - 19 shot to and I will have to say that they really had things so easy to go through and receive your shot Everyone was so helpful and courteous. Thank you for the Police, nurses volunteer and health dept. You see on T V had some places make you stand outside for hours I got there and 30 minutes I had my shot Thank you Everyone that worked

It takes a miracle to actually reach somebody on the phone here to be able to make an appointment. I was not able to the first try (thanks coronavirus restrictions) but was able to on the 2nd try after several days of phone tag. Now I'm playing phone tag again trying to get my test results. So frustrating. But once you get in the building, my experience was great. Friendly nurses who explained everything and answered any questions, and love that it's on sliding scale income while corona time has me out of work. Got some much needed healthcare without emptying my bank account.nUpdate: got my test results but asked for them to be emailed to me and that email never came. So round 3 of phone tag..
