Best Western Sevierville/Kodak Inn

Terrible customer service! Bed sheets were dirty food left in fridge from previous guests. Cold rooms! Call the front desk and they are absolutely 100% unhelpful. The overnight receptionist Friday night was great. But these day people are awful. I've requested to speak with a manager 3x!!!! Go elsewhere!!

Very clean hotel. Spacious, even has a balcony! Loved staying right outside of pigeon forge! Would stay here again.

The hotel is nice and quiet. No complaints there. I have to say that the highlight of the entire stay is the front desk lady, Tina. She helped us in ways that went above and beyond what her job called for. I can honestly say that she was the most rare caring person I have ever met! It says alot about the entire hotel that she is even employed there. Best front desk lady. Ever . We need more people like her in hospitality. Would recommend this hotel to any and all.n.

Ok. But rooms had pet smell.
