Bluegreen Resorts

They were very courteous to my wife and I, were respectful when listening to our concerns. Overall if my wife and I were able to take on more financial responsibility at the time of the visit, they may have had 2 new customers.

These people can be so pushy about purchasing a time share. I thought after we said no we were done, uh no they kept pushing and asking if we could afford this, etc...It would be great to get one but the price seems a little ridiculous. What they offer looks amazing and the presentation is well done. They were also very accommodating to my kids and us while we sat waiting. We didn't leave until after 1pm ud83dude15

They said they wouldn't be pushy, that wasn't true. They said it would only take an hour, that wasn't true. Typical.nIt was nice they had a kids area during the presentation. We enjoyed our stay but upgraded to a cabin.nI was supposed to receive a certificate for a free cruise upon completion of this stay and tour which we didn't receive.

Bluegreens resort is not longer there. Right now, It's the Welcome Center

Cons: Building is old and has no major sign telling what it is. Staff said they would be moving to a much better building soon.nnPros: Staff is wonderful and very helpful. They have complimentary refreshments and sell discount tickets for almost every attraction in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas.nnThis place is SPECIFICALLY for people checking in for a vacation through the Bluegreen business.
