My mom passed last year and I didn't know what to do with her house. The whole process was a total mess with other family members. Luckily my cousin referred me to them. I had no clue what I was doing. Being that I was the more responsible one of my siblings, I was left with the responsibility of my mom's property - something that I wasn't prepared for. Her property was very old and in very bad shape so selling it with a realtor was out of question. I called this company and they came through for me. In the end I got a nice check which was perfect timing considering all of what I was going through. Thank you!

There's a such thing as quality over quantity and they are it. They purchased our property which was hard to get anyone to buy for almost 8 months. These guys came in and did their thing. What I also liked was that they kept in touch with us every step of the way, they didn't take forever to respond. I'm glad we reached out to them for help!

This company approached us to purchase our home. They made us an offer we were happy with. When it came time to sign paperwork, their proof of funding was off. After a week of waiting for them to send us correction, they withdrew offer stating they didn't want to hold us up. Confusing since our home was not on the market & they approached us.nAt end of day, they were unable to secure the funding offered to us. Big waste of our valuable time.

I'm a little older in age and have grown exhausted with some of the rental properties that I have. I saw this company on one of the Facebook groups that I follow and decided to reach out to them for help with selling one of my rentals. It's a smaller company and more personable which is what I like. I called and they instantly returned my call and went right to helping me sell my property. We closed in 17 days and I finally had this burden off of my hands. They are great people, it's a small company but hey they got the job done.
