I have used Jim Allen to buy and sell three properties. Each time, Jim and his team were extremely professional and very attentive to details. My last transaction was to purchase a new residence, and Jim and his associate, Trish Payne, made sure that everything went perfectly from the execution of the sales contract, to a complete home inspection, and finally to closing. Jim and Trish know the Nashville market and how to get things done. I highly recommend the Allen Team!

Jim with many years in the real estate business and Melissa with marketing and real estate experience know how to get your home sold! They think outside the box, persistent and take the sale of your home very personally. My husband and I know this first hand because Jim & Melissa have helped us buy and sell. We have also referred our friends and family to them as well and will refer them time and time again!
