Dianne is an amazing realtor and a wonderful person. She was highly recommended to me by my boyfriend’s parents, so I took their advice and I’m so glad that I did. She helped me sell my house, even though we had to put up with issues from the HOA. She handled everything with ease and grace. She helped me figure out how to increase my property’s value by $17,000 even though I had just bought it one year before. I was so worried I would owe money at the closing table, but she helped coach me in what to do around my house that would help increase it’s value. Once it was listed, I had 6 really good offers within just a few days. We closed on one of those offers just 30 days later. I will be forever grateful for my selling experience with Dianne. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Our house hunting experience with Dianne was a breeze! Not only is she an exceptional realtor, but is an exceptional person. Dianne was in contact with us prior to our move and knew exactly what we were looking for and where. So much so, the day after we arrived in TN, we were out looking at the homes that she had researched for us. We found our forever home on day 1 and had our offer accepted on day 2! She is thorough, knowledgeable, and the ultimate professional.
