I have been renting from Legacy for the last 3 years. The only reason I moved is because I purchased a home. Tina and the team there is AWESOME! I RARELY had any issues, but if I did, a repairman was there immediately. This has been the best renting experience I’ve ever had. I have also referred friends that successfully rent from them. They have no complaints. You can’t go wrong renting from Legacy Real Estate! ud83eudd17

I just recently moved from my townhome managed by Legacy. I still remember the first visit to their office and how kind the staff was. Before I viewed the available home, I already had a good feeling about the company. I immediately fell in love with the home and put in my application. Three years later, they were consistently kind to my family. When we had maintenance requests, they were handled. I never felt like I couldn’t reach someone. I also loved that they communicated well. I was always welcomed and any issue was resolved. We had a wonderful time there and I know that was in part by how organized and friendly the office was. If our family has not outgrown our home, we would still be there today. The neighborhood was quiet and they kept the lawn cut. I never felt unsafe or had neighbor issue like most communities have. It was a quiet place that I will miss.

Awful company to try and get in touch with. Blake’s phone is always off and the people at the office act like they are unable to answer basic questions about homes they are trying to sell. They don’t return calls. They don’t return emails. Super unprofessional. I’m not sure how they’re even still in business.

I am currently renting a 2 bedroom from Legacy Real Estate. I believe they took over this property a year ago. I haven’t had a pleasant experience with them at all, unfortunately. Not only have they increased the rent, they also lack basic communication skills with their tenants.nnI have experienced over pricing of rent. Meaning they are saying I owe more than I actually do. When I called the office no one was hehelpful. It’s quite frustrating. I’ve been living at this location for about 2 years and made a late payment once. They told me since Ihaven’t covered the late payment they will charge me an additional late payment of $81.50. They do not have the right to do that.nnI would have never known anything if I didn’t check my email daily. They (Molly and Tony) put me on hold to speak with Blake (manager) just to come back to the phone 10 minutes later to tell me he got back busy and couldn’t talk. Unacceptable.nnLegacy real estate group is awful to rent from. I have yet to here back from Blake. Tony stated that he left him a message on his desk. I will update this review on the outcome.nnIf you rent from Legacy Real Estate please check your email to see what charges you may have received illegally. This is the second time this has happened. The first time they informed me that I didn’t make a payment when in fact I did. They said they “supposedly lost it”. But it reappeared when I went to the office. Save yourself time and money and rent from someone else.
