I contracted with Jonathan Dobson to aid me in listing my rental property for rent and securing a permanent tenant. Jonathan was professional and not only helped me get the property listed on a variety of virtual platforms, but he also coordinated all showings and screened all applicants (including processing applications, background checks, work history, etc.). I highly recommend using his services, and look forward to working with him in the future.

Jon was incredible, moved swiftly and was extremely knowledgeable. He was the only reason we were able to get into the house that we bought. He was on top of everything, always available to be contacted, professional but fun to work with, and we still keep in touch with him today because he’s a great person. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone and use him again, although we don’t plan on leaving the house he helped us get for many more years to come :)
