Great food

If you choose to stop at this taco Bell, be sure to check your order before you leave. I have never gotten exactly what I ordered on the first try from this restaurant. Staff seems more interested in fraternizing with each other than waiting on their customers. I went inside to get a takeout order replaced that was incorrect and the music was so loud in there I couldn't hear myself let alone the person behind the counter. I love taco Bell but this is one of the worst stores in Nashville. And I've been to a lot of them.

Never go to this place after 9pm. They will either say they’re closed, or “doing a shift change” and they can’t help you. Don’t even know why I tried going here more than 3 times when this happens every time.

First of all, the worst Taco Bell in Nashville. Ordering our food and the person taking our order rushed us. Second of all, we can only make 2 orders in the drive thru, not to mention there is a pandemic going on... who wants to go inside. Third of all, we didn’t got get a receipt. Forth of all, they forgot our chips, so we had to go back around the drive thru to get them. Fifth of all, when we go back to get the chips, they only gave us 4 chips in the bag. Someone needs to get a grip on this Taco Bell.

Waited for 15 minutes. This is not an exaggeration, this is how long I waited. 15 minutes to get to the drive-through box. Upon arriving at the box they told me that they’re only taking cash because their card machine is down. This is a one lane drive-through. Once you get to the box it is too late to turn around and you’re stuck. I asked why they wouldn’t put up a sign or have an employee come out and let people know. Someone came over the box and started yelling at me telling me all the reasons why they’re not able to put up a sign and why it would be impossible for them to let anyone know any sooner than at the box.
