Lowe's Home Improvement

I get more and more disappointed in the Lowe's that I shop at at least twice a week. Today, I needed a 6 ft 4 x 4, which they could not cut from an 8 ft (Home Depot can). Out of the 10 or 12 pieces they had, only 1 was even close to usable, and it was twisted. Landon, who was very helpful and knowledgeable and helpful, explained that because of the way they are displayed, they will bow in shape.

Service is good, once they start. Had 4 associates across two checkout lanes speaking with one another for a few minutes before even acknowledging myself and two others waiting patiently in line.

We experienced great service with Ms. Leoretta in kitchen appliances section. We got exactly what we needed and she definitely went above and beyond.nThe store was also very clean and well organized today.

Great service is always fair price on my dishwasher so much cleaner/ organized than Home Depot

I ordered a washer and dryer a couple weeks ago. I ultimately went with a pair that was more expensive because they could be delivered sooner. I chose a delivery date of 4/5. The following day I received an email saying it would be 4/6. On 4/5 (the day before it was supposed to be delivered), I got an email saying it would be 4/13. I called to see why it had been postponed and was passed around to a few different rude people. Finally someone in the delivery department who was very nice and helpful, told me that they didn't know why it had been delayed because they were both in stock and that someone had made a mistake. I asked if it could be delivered tomorrow like it was supposed to be and they said no. They couldn't update it in the system to have it delivered any sooner than 4/13 even though there is nothing wrong with the order and it shouldn't have been delayed in the first place. It's extremely frustrating to spend over $1500 and be told that for absolutely no reason it is delayed a week.
