Call Amanda to come out and list our house. She finally called me back after a week had gone bye. When she arrived she seemed really rushed and not really happy about being there. Then she went on to tell me that my house was only worth $265k and that she knew what a house in “her” county would sell for and if never get what I was asking. Right. Well we got $295k that’s $30k we would have lost by going with Amanda. $30k! Just anted to tell the world.
