The office staff (apologies I didn't catch her name) was very pleasant and provided me with great info. Kenny (technician) was on time and very professional. Our kitchen sink was installed beautifully. Kenny was so informative and clear about the process and cost that we decided to have a few additional items taken care of all at one time.

Christopher did a wonderful job of explaining what the actual problem was as well as going above and beyond to repair my problem without any additional charges. He was courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be using the service for future projects and 10 of 10 will recommend to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

Option One Plumbing are “On Point”. I was contacted immediately! Shane came over within two hours of speaking with their representative. Shane was COVID-19 ATTIRE READY. He looked at my issue that I reported, and he knew within seconds where the problem existed; and he was able to fix it within minutes. Listen, I was so relieved!!! These guys are GREAT!!! Professional, Competent, and Caring. And! They are available 24 hours..., “Come On Man” ..., that’s Quality Service!!! Option One Plumbing are the professional’s you need to contact when things go wrong in your home! I no longer have to shop around for a plumber..., I have Option One Plumbing on my “Favorites” contact list. Y’all better call them!!

Option One is the best option. I decided to replace all the polybutylene pipe of my home built in the 80’s to avoid any risk after a year I bought it. Since the first moment, when Shane came to put together the Quote I noticed they are very good professionals. During the execution, Shane explained to us what the three plumbers were doing and how they were selecting the best and least impacting path to replace by PEX the Poly pipes. Once completed, Shane cleaned up everything and test all the pipes to check no leak was happening. I am very impressed with Shanes’s technical and communication skills and the passion he puts on his work. The rest of the team was also very experienced and knew what they were doing. They were able to do it in one day, saving me and my family lot of our time and pain for not having water more time thanks to their high efficiency.. Although it was not the least expensive quote, I am so happy I selected Option One to do this important work at my home. Because of Shane’s and rest of the Team’s performance I took the year service plan with Option One... to be in the best hands.

They found the problem and fixed it easily. Answered any and all of my questions. I was surprised that they were on time. Definitely recommend this place.
