Nice, spacious rooms with no-restriction climate control. The shower could use a good cleaning - there was some mildew growing in the cracks around the floor. Jock & Jill’s is in the parking lot and it’s pretty good.

Beware was left stranded at the airport with 3 kids and a baby because their shuttle driver went home early. I payed for the Park and stay, called the day I was returning to make sure the shuttle could pick us up. The hotel worker reassured me that it ran until 12 am. Picked up my bags at baggage claim and called at 11:30 pm to find out we would not able to use shuttle because the drive went home early. I had no plan on how else to get back to the hotel. Took me another 40mins to get a Uber. The hotel would not reimburse me. Never doing park and stay again.

My car was broken into January 12, 2021 from the parking lot of this hotel.nAt least 1 other car was broken into that night as well. The hotel has no cameras.nIt’s hard to think that this is the first time this has happened at this location. The manager gave me his card and said he would see what he could do for our inconvenience, he hasn’t reached out to us.nOne positive thing is that the hotel maintenance worker helped us clean up the car. That was very nice of him.

Expected so much more from a Hyatt hotel. 1st night here the floor I was on had a room party from 10p to about 4am. Guest was having loud conversations in the hall wall and going in and out the room. So all you heard was people talking and slamming doors which would wake a baby in the room across the hall every time. The AC unit in the room made a squaky noise when cut on so I ended up being hot during the night on top of barely getting any rest. Front desk changed my room immediately the next morning to a quieter floor but...the bed made me itch all night. I check for bugs and did not see any. It may be the detergent used to wash the sheets idk. Also I had the AC on the lowest setting and it didnt run during the night but in the morning when I got up it started back up.ud83eudd14 Scared to lay in the bed again but tired of switching rooms so I will just lay on the couch with a towel and fully clothe even though I'm still kindve itching. Hope things improve with these rooms. The staff is very nice though.
