I was in town for business training, and am so glad this was the place! The rooms are cozy, and spacious at the same time. Carol, the front desk agent, was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, helpful, and friendly. The place is good, but she made the place 100 times better!
Clean, big rooms and super friendly staff, especially Carol. Close to airport. This will be our top choice stay when we're in town again. Hotels are usually hit or miss, this was a definite hit.
Perfect hotel for an overnight before our early morning flight. The king suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with the location being a short drive to the airport and parking lots. Check in was quick and friendly.
The check in process was just ok. The person I got was not the friendliest. MY room was not that clean. If it wasn't so late, I would've asked to change rooms. I was VERY disappointed that as I wiped down high touched areas, it was like these areas hadn't been cleaned at all. I.e. door handles, counter tops, and light switches. We are still in a pandemic. Although even we weren't, these are pertinent areas that should be cleaned anyhowI I would NOT stay here again.
Tge girl at the reception is very helpful but the lobby is very sad and old.nGloomy dark hallway and gloomy disgusting rooms. Bugs are everywhere in the room. Dead bugs and live ones. A shower with mold and blinds/ curtains with dust and dirt. This hotel needs lot of attention.
