Hotel is in a great area. We had a very clean room with everything we could need. It was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable! We really appreciated the snack options for purchase. Celeste made the check in process very simple and was one of the sweetest people I have interacted with at a hotel. Thank you for the great stay!
Wow, I can’t say enough about my experience here at the Wyndham. General Manager Todd and his team were exceptional!nnI stayed just short of a month here and each day I was treated as if I were home! From the cleanliness to top shelf amenities the entire experience was even better than promised.nnThank you! We enjoyed our stay at Wingate very much. Staff was friendly, accommodations were as expected and high quality, breakfast was available and in general everything was exactly as we expected and high quality.
Awesome experience!!! So, I have not stayed here, but during a connecting flight my dad was stuck in charlotte north carolina and his flight was delayed and he had to stay the night. I called to help him set up a stay, and the experience was one for the books!! I spoke to a wonderful yound lady, who's name was celeste, she was so kind and helpful! Set up everything, have me ample information, and made it effortless for my dad when he arrived. Thank you celeste!! You are awesome!! When my dad showed up, she created him and my dad said she was the nicest person ever. This is what customer service should be! Thank you again, celeste!
Even during Covid front desk was very kind. Also the rooms seem brand new and renovated. Bed comfy and extremely clean.nGreat easy location right off the highways.
