I was very satisfied with the professionalism of this company. Everything was well-organized and Jim responded immediately to my email questions prior to the trip. It helped me to be more comfortable about the trip since it was my first one. The departure times to and from the casino were on time. Anthony's driving skills were also impressive and Rebecca was a very informative and organized hostess. I will plan to travel with Pair of Js in the future and will definitely tell others about the company. Thank you all for a great day!

my wife and me came across this company and noticed they had some dates for Cherokee NC casino trips 3 different dates we were interested in. you have to email them for rates so we did. a couple of hours later we had a response from them asking if we had been to cherokee before, needed my legal name and my total rewards number for them to give me a rate. strange but we complied . well my wife sent my legal name and total rewards number and 2 days later no response from them with any rates or information. apparently they already have to many customers I guess and dont need new ones. we since have contacted another company and had a immediate response from them with rates and we booked a trip with them.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE FOR RATES ITS LIKE GETTING TEETH PULLED...

Jim and Jamie are the gold standard of Harrah’s Cherokee tours, both daytrips and overnight trips, in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. They’re the best value of any of the Cherokee tours I’ve taken, both cost wise and in vouchers from the casino. But, it’s more than the transportation to and from the casino, it’s their service - they have a nice, professional driver, an awesome hostess if Jim or Jamie can’t make the trip, clean buses, fun games, they’re punctua, they have the longest time at the casino of any tour I’ve been on and movies and snacks.nnBecause they’re the best, they can fill up but they respond quickly to emails and texts and have been able to accommodate me when several friends and family wanted to come along on short notice.
