Nice people working there, one of whom answered my questions (I only asked him), and even the base $6.00 wash that I selected turned out well! I'll definitely go back.
I took my Lexus RX350 for car wash here. After the car wash found car antenna busted during wash. I reported it immediately; after couple of days the supervisor calls me and refuse to take any responsibility. They mentions some of their equipment is faulty and found similar issue reported by others, however they won't cover any of my loss. I checked with dealership, it sound like an expensive repair since my radio reception and satellite reception is damaged as well.nI would not recommend this business, since they are not taking responsibility of customers property loss due to their faulty equipment. Be careful of this location.
This is a smaller location and there were no spots available to dry and vacuum my car. Otherwise, the crew was friendly and helpful.
I live in NC but I make it a point to come here once a week to fill up on gas and do the car wash. Gas is a little cheaper if you get a car wash. The car wash and the vacuums are simply the best! High suction and they have plenty of spaces to park. You can clean half your car with one vacuum and the other half with the other vacuum (each parking spot has two vacuums on each side). Great experience every time!
Just the best. Spend a lot of time on car before even going in. Vacuums always powerful and available. Can't beat the gas discount. So glad they are here.nnWould add a quick towel dry for a couple bucks.
