I paid for the Super Poly Process, which I believe is the top of the line. I watched my vehicle being detailed from start to finish. Only the drivers door was opened and cleaned, the driver side window, and windshield were cleaned. I was the told the vehicle was done. I asked if they do the other doors and hatchback? He replied “That depends “. I guess that means it depends if I feel like doing it or not. This is the first time an Auto Bell has not done all door jams, windows and hatch area. Not impressed, will use a different Auto Bell next time.

I came Friday March 04/05/2021 around 6pm at night. I told them I was going to grab dinner right across the street, I came back only to find out all 3 boys were sitting inside my car, on there phones!! While ONLY A GIRL WAS WORKING ON MY CAR! I never got my car vacuum or wiped down. The worst experience I have ever had!! I tried to call up there today an a little boy answered an said I couldn’t speak to a manager with that being said I won’t be back. I will warn all my friends never to come to this location again, they do not care about the cars! I paid $36.99 (which is the best, as they stated) to basically send it through a car wash. It never even made it to the vacuum area!! So very disappointed. I have pictures, an receipt of date & time I came.

Car Wash was great. Space the attendant who cleaned my car was very detailed and did a very good job getting to the details straight on my car.

I came in for a full service wash. The employees at this location are by far the slowest workers I’ve ever dealt with. Never seen someone walk as slow as these people. Once the guy started drying my car, it took him 40 minutes to finish. Been here for almost an hour. There were 2 cars in front of me when we arrived. Definitely need to step it up. Since it took so long and I was in a hurry, I didn’t have time to check behind them. They didn’t vacuum the back floor at all.
