We have had used the services of many realtors in the past and Dusty is by far the best. He is enthusiastic and will bend over backwards for his clients and always walks through every steps in the purchase process in detail. Dusty always returns my phone calls/emails within 15 minutes and is always a step ahead. Our purchase required some repairs from the seller and Dusty was always checking to make sure the work was done no matter how many times he had to visit the property. Dusty is truly a cut above the rest.

We were very happy with our experience with Dusty in our purchase of our vacation rental condo. When signing the offer, he stepped through the entire contract with us so that we were clear about what we were agreeing to. In addition, he went above and beyond finding out specific information about any restrictions in the various buildings. He found out a restriction with our first choice that caused us to change direction - the condotel would not let guests use the amenities unless the unit was rented through them. Dusty also explained the various options available to us for management companies since this entire process was very new to us. He always responded to us promptly as well. We would definitely use Dusty again and we would recommend him to others.

I was an out of town seller that needed local help as well as an agent that knew the local market. Dusty Rhodes was able to help me get the house in perfect condition to sell as well as provide an extensive list of comps and offer price logic. Dusty sold the house in less than a week slightly above the offer price and handled all the in-person closing requirements so I did no have to fly in for closing. Great service and professionalism from start to finish!

Working with Dusty was such a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable about the MB area and did a fantastic job in negotiating our house purchase. In addition he took care of so many details for us and always responded quickly to our calls, texts, and emails. If you are buying a home in the Myrtle Beach area- I highly recommend you call Dusty.
