I stumbled onto Jerry's videos on you tube while researching homes in Myrtle Beach. My initial email inquiry was responded to quickly by Bob Natale, one of their 'buyer's agents'. I've never actually worked with a dedicated agent just for home buyers, and I am so glad that Bob was the one that responded. He did detailed research, personally visited homes that I could not easily get to from out of state, shot great videos of them, and offered genuine opinions whether good or bad, not just trying to make a sale. Once we found our ideal home, Bob helped us with every detail and went out of his way (many times) to help us with contractors for estimates, and pretty much anything we asked of him. I am so glad to have met Bob, and would highly recommend him and his team if you are looking for a home in Myrtle Beach.

My husband and I recently closed on a house, and our realtor was Barb Dwulet of the Jerry Pinkas real estate team. She was so wonderful! She was very attentive to our wants and needs, and was able to find us the PERFECT house! She always responded promptly to our calls/texts/emails. My husband and I were running into many snags with the original bank we chose for our mortgage... which lead to late, Friday evening, panicking phone call to Barb. Sure enough, Barb has her resources. She put us in touch with a mortgage broker who contacted me at 7:45am, on a SATURDAY, to review my application. Sure enough, three weeks later, we closed on our house!! Barb knows what she’s doing! I would definitely recommend anyone to use this real estate agency (specifically Barb)!

Barb D was a great agent in the home buying process. Jerry Pinkas Real Estate was a referral from another agent in a different city and Barb was committed to supporting me from beginning to end. Buying remotely required Barb to have to step in on things like walk thrus, key pick up, etc. She was great to communicate with and prompt in response.
