I spoke with Alex Litz and she was so helpful in so many ways. I am considering a home in the area and she cheerfully was able to answer all my questions. She took the time to walk me step by step through the process I will need to complete. I am so excited and grateful for the expertise she shared. Andrew Innocenti was my agent and was awesome. He was professional, attentive and so helpful. Buying long distance during a pandemic is not easy. Andrew made it very easy. He was great to work with always returned phone or text messages in a timely manner. He went above and beyond and I highly recommend him. In addition, the support team was great to work with as well. Kat was so professional and helpful. You can’t go wrong with this team.

This is definitely one of the best agencies on the beach! I have had great experiences with Eric Graham and his clients since I am a custom home builder. He has always been very punctual, reliable and is great with communication. I look forward to partnering more with him and his clients this year! If you are looking to build and need an agent that can get you connected with a custom builder and the property you want, give him a call. And call him on the other stuff too!

If the entire Trembley group is anything like the agent I work with then this company is in great hands. I had the pleasure of working with Shannon Sellers. To say working is probably the wrong word. It never felt like work. It truly felt like a great life experience that I will never forget. Shannon was caring, kind, attentive, professional and yet very very down to earth. She left no stone unturned and her attention to detail in what we were looking for and the entire process was impeccable. Throughout the process she truly made my family and I feel like she wanted what was best for us and had our best interest at heart. I have worked with many realtors and I try to be courteous of their time as I know they have families and a life outside of work. She is the first one to make me not feel like a burden or inconvenience. We even had to bring our kids to a couple of showings and they absolutely loved her. She made them feel welcome which relieved our stress and allowed us to concentrate on the houses we were looking through. I highly recommend Shannon Sellers and will definitely be referring her to any family, friends and strangers that I cross paths with looking to buy or sell a home!!!
