I am able to focus on helping my clients have the very best experience possible while achieving their real estate goals. This company provides me with the latest tools and innovative systems which are invaluable to my business. They recognize training is not just for new agents, but essential for all to stay on top of the latest policies, procedures, statistics, and trends. While the technical support is impressive, the most amazing thing is the fact that with 300+ we still have a very close-knit family of agents and personal support from Mike and Tammi, who go out of their way to provide an office environment that none can compare to.

Joining Really One Group Dockside was one the best decisions I have made for my career. The support and guidance that Mike and Tammy provide to the agents is top notch. Best brokerage hands down. It's all about taking care of agents, educating and supporting us which equals happy and educated clients. This a real family business and I love being here. I know I was lucky joining this group. My only regret is not doing it much sooner.

I have been doing real estate since 1985 and worked for a couple of different real estate companies. Realty One Group Dockside is an outstanding company. There aren't any to compare to along the Grand Strand. Mike and Tammi Cole make it feel like it is family and are always doing something to make the company more exciting.
