Please do not waste your time renting with these people! ROBIN was the so called manager and completely rude! My family and I booked a 4BR 4BA Villa at Barefoot Yacht Club through them and the room was completely dirty! There were hairs left on the toilet seats, old spills on the floors, and the people that rented the unit prior to us welcome packet with their names on it was left in the room! I tried resolving this issue with them and was told that I would be refunded the full amount but now it’s something else! For your safety I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

It is always a pleasure to rent from Elliott. Their service is great. We did a late check-in and was very easy and fast. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirt. We called next morning and they offer to send someone to clean. We refused for safety reasons. The resort it’s good. We had a good time and we recommend Elliott

We enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Pals Up but do have some recommendations...a shower curtain for the shower in the master bedroom would have been great. Also, I recommend curtains for all the bedrooms.nWe read that there was an absolute “no pet policy” at this rental but when we arrived there was a fair amount of white dog hair all over the couch.nThere was easy access to the beach, which was enjoyable. We could also see the ocean from the front porch which was great.

We have used Elliott Realty for our family vacations for the past 5 years. Their web site is easy to navigate and if I had any questions, a quick call to the office would be met with an agent more than willing to answer any question I might have. This trip we stayed in Ocean Terrace D3. It was a very nice condo across the street from the ocean but has unobstructed views. Less money for the same view! On this trip we were faced with a dilemma that the agents in the office assisted me with. Cherry Grove had lost power. While trying to check out, my husband and son got caught in the elevator. One call to Elliott and they arranged for the fire Department to come free them. I don't know what I would have done otherwise! With easy check in and check outs, Elliott has truly made our family vacations more enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been booking through Elliot for our annual vacation for years, but this year sealed the deal and I will use them forever! We had a problem with our rental we booked. I called the office and spoke with a representative and she tried to help best she could. I went into the rental office and they solved my issue in every way! They were professional, kind, understanding, and really aimed at making sure we were happy and comfortable! They even recommended some awesome restaurants!!
