I just have to say that we are VERY PLEASED with TMS Property Management & Realty, Tina and Connie are the best. My husband and I were looking for a home , we were recently working with another well known real estate co, but we didn't feel like they were aggressive enough in helping us get a house and the houses are going FAST! Anyway, we went on realtor.com, filled out our information and the very next day got a call from TMS about a property we were inquiring about. We saw the home that same day, were encouraged to put in an offer and the next day the offer was accepted, (may I mention the previous owners already had other offers and wanted a decision that night). I mean they are on it ! Telling us what the next steps were and keeping us informed on the process. We were new home buyers so we were not aware of all the ins and outs of the home buying process even though we tried to research, but they made the process real smooth! Needless to say, we were already under way to attaining a home . So recap: Friday night we were just inquiring about property on realtor.com, Saturday contacted by TMS and saw the home the SAME DAY, that night an offer was placed and Sunday offer was accepted! You cannot ask for anything better! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TMS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT as your go-to ..Thank you Tina and Connie for placing us in our new home!

If you value your property I would not give it to this company to manage. They do not do their duty in vetting potential clients for your rental. they do not verify employment, income or any of the necessary factors to assure that your property will be properly taken care of. Or that your surrounding neighbors will not negatively impacted by their poor decision making ability. Their poor vetting process can cost a fortune when trying to remedy the situation. BE WARE!

Tina was a great help! My husband and I knew what we wanted and Tina was a huge help finding our perfect home. Anytime we had questions during the closing process she was responsive and clear. I especially appreciated the time she took to go over the inspection report with us and make sure we understood everything in it. I will definitely be recommending TMS to anyone I know looking to buy a home!
