I must say this service was EXCELLENT! My installation tech was Andy and he was so nice, prompt, and worked very quickly. He kept me posted throughout the entire process and was very professional. He was on time and his demeanor was very friendly. He wore a mask the entire time and shoe covers while inside the home. He came to install a toilet that I purchased from Home Depot and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I will definitely be using them again, when I have other upgrades I want to make. Thank you Andy!
The technician came to fix/replace the Halo whole house water purification digital panel. I could not have gotten a better tech. He was competent and efficient. A real pleasure to meet. I would have no problem requesting him again if I could only remember his name. Thank you so much. Job well done.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and the professional abilities and experience of the plumbers and various people whom have successfully serviced aspects of our home. Even with a re-service one time, they persevered until the final results needed were achieved which pleased me very much. I can trust them to do the job right so the customer will be rightfully satisfied and products properly installed.
Shane is a complete professional, did an excellent job on the electrical items we needed installed and upgraded. He was prompt, and completed the work without disrupting our normal routine. He was also very personable, friendly and patient and went out of the way to teach me things I did not know about electrical. All in all a great experience with ARS and in particular, Shane. He and ARS are now our “go-to” guys in the future. Well done!!
