Called Bill in an emergency situation and told him of my dilemma and he said he was heading home but will swing by to help me out! That told me right there that this is the type of guy that I want to do business with and that he cares! He was at my house before I knew it and came in and fixed my fitting in no time! Yay, I had water again! He was very reasonable too for a call that quick! I recommend Palmetto Plumbing Inc 100% and Bill is real people and not one of these Big Cooperate Robot types. Terrific service. On time, very nice guys, Bill was polite on the phone. The guys showed up and were nice, cleaned up as they worked, installed the toilet very well, easy to get along with, just overall a great experience. I had a job scheduled through Lowe's and I was assigned to Palmetto. Very happy with this company.
I am very pleased with the service we received. The service person was on time, performed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. I had a follow up question, after hours, which was responded to within minutes after leaving a message. An added bonus was, during our appointment, the service person called something to our attention he noticed outside while turning off the water (non-plumbing related). This is something that could have caused a major problem to our home had it gone untreated. We will definitely use them again.
We have used Palmetto Plumbing for various projects over the past few years. They are always very professional and on time. Thier fees are affordable. We love supporting our local, small businesses. Highly recommend them and will continue to call them for any future plumbing projects.
Great work at the best price! Palmetto Plumbing recently installed my toiiets, faucets, shower trim and shower access panels. Bill & Doug are professional plumbers who know what they are doing.They are also quite personable and I am very comfortable having them work in my home. Great work at the best price.
