You we're available to come out on the day I called. You arrived on time and did a great job. Logan took the extra time to explain a few things to me so I can get a better understanding of the work he was doing. Even though my main issue ended up not being with my hvac system, he took the extra time to call the office and schedule a plumber to come out and look at my hot water tank. Logan gave me a few suggestions on some maintenance that I should have done in the near future. I really appreciate it. Thanks Logan

We had no heat, so we called Four Star. The tech was at our home right away! It took about a half hour, and everything was warm & toasty again. I highly recommend Four Star to everyone.nThank you Four Star.

Called to get an estimate to have work done. We purchased a shower head and wanted it installed in our new outdoor shower. The person who came (and didn’t wear a mask) upon arrival insisted he called me 3 times to let me know he was on his way. I explained my phone never rang. Turns out he was calling the wrong phone number. He looked at the instruction book that came with the shower head 3 times while he was here to give the estimate and said the instructions were “complicated”. After 45 minutes he left and told me I would get an estimate by email in 2 days. Waited two days, called the office. Receptionist was surprised no estimate was provided and said she’d put it on the managers desk and he’d get back to me that day. Waited 2 more days and called back. This time the receptionist put me through to the manager who I spoke with and then later that day provided me an estimate. Estimate was outrageous.

Nathan was the gentleman that came over to my place. He was very kind, very courteous and was very honest with me. Job done well, very professional. I think I would request him again to come to my place to repair anything that needs to be done on my AC and heating unit.
